The work focused on increasing promo adoption, encouraging repeat orders, and optimizing content density to surface more offers in the viewport. Additionally, confidence builders were introduced to help users make purchase decisions with greater trust.
Also supported improvements to the user management experience for Uber Eats Manager, an internal merchant platform. Efforts were directed at making processes more intuitive and efficient, including streamlining bulk actions to reduce manual work, ultimately boosting productivity and enhancing platform perception.
