I contributed to improving Brandcenter, Cornershop’s internal platform for managing app brands, by designing and launching solutions that streamlined operations and enhanced user autonomy. This included developing a tool that automated ad creation for Key Account Managers (KAMs), reducing manual effort and saving company resources; designing the Plans section to give brand administrators direct access to critical information, improving transparency and reducing reliance on KAMs; and redesigning user access management to allow admins to independently manage their teams, increasing efficiency and control. Additionally, I proposed, designed, and supported the launch of a communication system for new features, enabling in-platform updates, beta access, and notifications to drive product adoption and keep brand users informed.
